  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets                                        

  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or about half a lemon)

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

                       ZOODLES INGREDIANTS

  • 1 large zucchini

  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons spreadable cream cheese plain or herb & garlic flavor

  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese grated

  • parsley and parmesan cheese for garnish
